THE OBJECTIVES

Generate new consultation requests & bookings using digital channels, and optimise towards the highest-quality enquiries.

Identify the best converting treatments to maximise revenue and profit margins with new user funnels.

THE APPROACH

Identified the biggest areas of opportunity to target first by focusing on treatments which offered both healthy profit margins, and large search impression volumes at competitive cost per clicks.

Designed and built user funnels focused solely on these specific treatments. Adapted the messaging, audience segments and creative accordingly to maximise conversion rates to consultation booking.

Created a multiple stage interactive questionnaire to capture additional details from customers on their reasons for treatment, budgets and timeframes to allow consultation bookers to focus on customers with higher propensity to buy imminently & greater order value.
