Primo Diamonds create bespoke engagement rings, collaborating with each individual customer to provide the engagement ring of their dreams.

THE OBJECTIVES

Create a lead generation campaign which consistently provides sales leads of customers currently in the market for an engagement ring.

THE APPROACH

In order to create a true USP in a crowded marketplace, we built an interactive lead form quiz to guide apprehensive new customers through the often confusing engagement ring buying process.

This personalisation of the user experience allowed us to bid more aggressively in Google Ads, delivering sales leads at an effective cost per lead to scale volumes quickly.

Capturing additional details from the customers about their style preferences, budget & timeframes allowed the sales process to prioritise and focus on leads with a higher propensity to buy imminently & greater order value.
